Our Healthy Snack Party

We are having a healthy snack party. We are each bringing a healthy substitute for unhealthy foods we love.

  • frozen yogurt instead of ice cream
  • apples with peanut butter instead of caramel apples
  • pretzels instead of chips
  • carrots instead of french fries
  • apple juice instead of soda
  • raw unsalted sunflower seeds instead of gum
  • granola bars instead of cookies
  • cheddar mini rice cakes instead of Cheetos
  • baked apple sprinkled with cinnamon instead of apple pies
  • dark chocolate instead of brownies
  • 100 calorie packs instead of oreos
  • biscuits instead of cinnamon roles
